Terrible place
I am sharing this review based on my experience as a caregiver advocating for my mother. During a recent interaction with Dr. Audrey Corvino in Avon, I was seeking support for FMLA certification so I could properly care for my mother. Unfortunately, the discussion raised serious concerns. I really liked my doctor, but their office systems are a mess. Ten minutes before the office closed on April 8th, I received this message about my April 9th appointment: "Unfortunately, we will need to reschedule TOMORROWS appointment. DUE TO THE DOCTORS SURGERY SCHEDULE. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AT YOUR CONVENIENCE TO RESCHEDULE. I AM UNABLE TO SEND NEW DATES FOR YOUR APT VIA MYCHART MESSAGE. In relation to “Dr.” Kerrigan, this person should not be allowed to practice medicine. She is a terrible excuse for a doctor and should not be trusted to greet people as they enter Walmart.
