I don’t know if this is serious or what…. I was trying to cancel my appointment. Been calling 2 hours. Oh well, dropping this place :/ Not worth the time.
By far the worst administrative and call service I've ever experienced. You can call any time any day of the week and you have a less than 10% chance of someone picking up the phone. On top of that, the secretary is half a step above completely incompetent, and they're guaranteed to mess up your insurance.
Best care. Family care. Convenient. this health network for 20+ years. They helped me give birth to my daughter over 17 years ago. And have been my PCP and my daughter Pediatrician since. Thank you Dr. Mihalek, Clay, and Flammia. They have there own lab as well. It's been there a few years now, it's right we're the pediatric office use to be, but now pediatric is just around the corner of the plaza.
Possibly the absolute worst call answering system I've ever had to deal with. Pick up the damn phone.
