The gentleman who works on Wednesday mornings early, like today, at the Glastonbury location is extremely friendly, patient, and does a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable, especially for those who may be uneasy or nervous around needles/blood draw! I have had the same outstanding experience with him multiple times now on Wednesdays at the time of opening. Shoutout to him. Very clean space and efficient process as well!
Went in yesterday morning - Giving 1 star because front desk staff were very nice and respectful. However, I wish I could post a picture of how bad my arm looks! The tech definitely jabbed my arm, you can see a dark purple bruised line almost an inch long of where she went in with the needle. There's even a mark of where the tourniquet was placed which is strange. I've dealt with cancer for 15 years now so I've gotten a ton of blood work done not to mention being plugged in for countless chemotherapy rounds so needless to sa... read more
