Only used this dealership for service so far. But have had no issues. If I buy a GM vehicle next, I'll be getting it through them.
Les doy menos 5 estrellas el 30 de diciembre del 2024 lleve mi GMC sierra 1500 para cambio de aceite de rutina, sin embargo me dijeron que le iban hacer un recall de gmc allí todo bien me entregaron mi carro con una falla de las líneas auxiliares de reversa no se mostraban en cámara bueno 11 meses después no me pudieron ayudar a solucionar perdí en total mas de 5 días dejando mi carro con ellos para que hicieran lo que supuestamente ellos saben hacer y no pudieron solucionar el problema que ellos mismos iniciaron, nadie te l... read more
YO quisiera tener una buena resena sobre este establecimiento. Pero desafortunada en el dia de hoy tube una mala y desastroza experiencia con una empleado del departamento de piezas en este dia 07/15/2025 a razon de las 9:35 a 9:40am, llame a pedir el codigo de pintura a traves del vin number y el me indico que tenia que enviar un email y que no me podia facilitar la informacion lo cual me estubo raro porque no es la primera vez que llamo para esos fines.. y le explico que no me habia pasado y me engancho el telefono sin yo ... read more
Please stay far far far away from this dealership unless you want to be deceived about extended warranties that cost more than double the repair they want you to purchase these warranties for things that could happen in the future I understand cars break down if not properly maintenanced but when the service writer suggests a extended warranty to try to save money on a potential AC repair that ends up costing over double if out of pocket no thanks bad business and never purchase a vechile from them I paid cash for a pre-owne... read more
Each time I brought my vechile in for servicer Mr Larry Von Wryeza always took great care of me from warm welcomes to speedy prompt service. Customer service has always been top notch makes me feel like I'm family. Wherever your at the shop stop by and tell him hello hell definitely take care of you.
