Each time I brought my vechile in for servicer Mr Larry Von Wryeza always took great care of me from warm welcomes to speedy prompt service. Customer service has always been top notch makes me feel like I'm family. Wherever your at the shop stop by and tell him hello hell definitely take care of you.
$180 for a diagnostic fee to see what's wrong with my car even though AutoZone pulled my engine code for free and told me the part that I needed for free... But this place can't do it for free they need like 200 bucks That's crazy what a rip off we'll never buy a car from them again either as the sales people are ignorant.. bought three first one wasn't bad second one had a very bad issue with the sales lady... Started off good it's gone downhill over the years need a new place to shop for vehicles
Recently purchased a 2024 chevy silverado 1500 custom. Starling Chevrolet had amazing service and a very friendly staff. Made purchasing my new vehicle easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend starling Chevrolet to my friends and family.
Juan Diaz was the preowned sales person we were connected with regarding a vehicle they had available online. He was very rude and condescending during two conversations we had with him. He insisted that he could not give us a quote unless we gave him a copy of our drivers license and tried to pressure us by saying they had two people there, waiting to buy the vehicle that we were calling about, I would not recommend dealing with this dealership at all
La verdad quisiera no ponerle esta calificación, pero se tardaron casi 3 horas para solo cambiar el aceite de mi carro, es inaceptable, cuando en otros lugares lo hacen en 30 minutos, todos los clientes hoy estaban enojados igual que yo...así que si no quieren tardar 3 horas vayan a otro lugar..
