My husband and I experience was top notch from begining to end. Jamari Daniels was very professional and very knowledgable of the company and inventory. He cares so much for his customers, he went above and beyond one should ever ask for. He took us on the tour of the vehicle and the facility. He introduced us to other team members like we was part of the Carroll family.

Called about a vehicle at Carroll Chevrolet and being from out of town I were asked to put a deposit on the vehicle until I could get there the following weekend to test drive and possibly drive it to my home in North Carolina. After test driving the car and finding that it wasn't road ready I then decided to look elsewhere, I was told last week that I would be getting a call from the person who's responsible for getting me my refund, I have called them again and it's been over a week, no refund and no phone calls back to me... read more
