Starling Chevrolet has horrible follow-through. Zero communication after purchase, and their GM will shuffle you from one person to the next to avoid addressing the issue. If you are searching for a dealership partner for your purchase who will do what they say, when they say they will do it...this is not the one.
I purchased a 2010 (white-pearl) Toyota 4Runner several months ago. I was told that my dealership tag & key tob would be mailed/available for pick up within a few days, because their printer was not working- no big deal. However, it has now been THREE MONTHS & still nothing. My husband & I have made several phone calls, text to the sales rep & even spoke to the GM- still with no response or resolution. I will never go here again. They admit that one of their employees broke my door handle but refused to cover the cost to repair it. It was not an expensive repair but they still refused to do it even after admitting that they did it. So much for an honest company. Their service is non-existent. They can brake something on your car, admit they broke it but refuse to repair it without charging you for their mistake. It is a shame. I have gone to them for years but their current management is terrible.
