Terrible experience. It took two people calling this dealership to get a call back from a sales representative. They completely messed up our trade in vehicle value by quoting us 10k more the first appraisal than the actual value they were willing to give after the second "attempt" at appraisal.This mistake was simply due to the salesman NOT listening to a word my boyfriend said about the car.
