I've tried to have my vehicle repair and corrected a few times here. Once should have been enough to have learn my lesson. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Here is my experience, had a wreck a couple of years ago, and after it was fixed, it wasn't. They put my bent step rail back onto the vehicle, and the damage was still underneath. They take Advantage of sick people & lie to them telling them anything to make a car sale. Want to talk a sick person with bad credits girlfriend into taking out a loan so they can sell a vehicle …. Stay away. Repairs were supposed to take a week by their estimate took a month and they charged insurance 5x what the estimate was. Never once communicated the entire time despite saying they'd call with updates. Had an attitude when I called to ask what's up after 2 weeks. Called again after a month and they said "oh yeah it was just finished its ready now" and the cherry on top is they said leave your rental here and we will tell enterprise to pick it up and they never called them so was still getting charged for rental.
Hi I had a young lady name Kim Moore who was so outstanding and courtiers , very sweet and kind , and listen to my problem and worked it out for me , I couldn’t of ask for a better person to help me and to get every thing taken care , she went above and beyond in solved the problem that I had , thank u for being kind and generous to me , wish their were more like her, God bless you ms, k moore 🙏🏽🌹
