We have been on the market for a new EV vehicle for approximately six months. We finally found a vehicle at Starling GMC of Titusville. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Starling GMC. The vehicle I was purchasing was being delivered to the dealership, so the process took place over about a week. Im a service-connected veteran with a DV plate. My registration fee is $0 on my vehicle. The dearship charged my $167. When I asked, I was lied to and told I would get a refund back from the DMV. DMV said nope, legally the dealership charged you, They have your money. Called back a few weeks later and now they are saying that's what the DMV says to charge and they can't do anything about it.
