Avoid going to this dealership! I had a very disappointing experience with their service department! They didn’t fix my car issue at all, i went twice and both times they didn’t give me my paperwork on time! I had to call and demand the paperwork for the service, and i had to come back for the paperwork!! Such a Waste of time and money at this dealership! Extremely unprofessional!!!
Wonderful dealing
The sales person Shannon was kind, patient and professional. The person who led me through sign all of the paper work was a bit pushy. Kept tying to get me to buy an extended warranty package, he was pushing hard. I had to tell him multiple times that I wasn’t interested in buying and extending maintenance package. It got a little tense before he backed off. Other than that all was good. Shannon was great!
Bought a used Tesla Y from these guys and the process was amazing. The best experience we have ever had buying a car. So much so that we will be buying all vehicles from Starling from now on. Thanks Teeko, Phil, and Steven.
