Think twice about moving in. Frequently out of water because park management does not take care of it. Kids everywhere, park does not enforce their own rules so trash is everywhere, at least 6 drug homes in this community, and some of the highest lot rent anywhere in Orlando. I moved here 4 years ago and paid $524, my latest bill was $750! Seniors are being forced to move because they can no longer afford their home and ELS doesn’t care one bit about them.
