I’ve been regularly getting pedicures and heel exfoliation here. Today, I brought my mom for a regular manicure, but it was such an unpleasant experience that I’m leaving a review. While we were asking about switching to powder nails, another older Korean staff(I don't know her name)told Tina that since they were doing cuticle removal, they should charge an extra $10 for powder nails. 1st photo: Customer service is top notch! Jenny did an amazing job!!! I found my go-to nail salon. 2nd photo: Thank you, Sarah!!! She’s very sweet and kind. I highly recommend her. Sarah’s highly skilled; she took her time to make my nails look perfect
Staff was nice, however, I thought $17 to get gel polish taken off was extremely overpriced. I have been to several nail salons but never had to pay anything over $10 for gel polish removal, it wasn’t even acrylics removal.
