We’ve been renting from Starlite for years and will continue to do so. The process is so easy and convenient. The staff has always been incredibly accommodating making sure we have exactly what we need and everything worked around our schedule. Communication about pickups and drop offs was simple and clear. Highly recommend. We had a group of 10 people including 2 small children that went to St.Maarten on cruise. They were very accommodating and flexible with time schedule. The agent even told us about what's app and mapme. They also have car seats if you need them. We had a great time riding around in new van that could fit 11. Very smooth and easy process. Will definitely use again!
I highly recommend Starlight if you’re looking for a tailored luxury experience. The owner is very courteous and professional. The vehicles I’ve rented are well maintained and I’ll only rent from starlight when I’m in town.
I have an excellent experience every time I rent with Starlight! Vehicles are always in immaculate condition and working with the management is always seamless. I will continue to rent with Starlight for my Philly travel arrangements. Recommend them to anyone!
Totally unprofessional, so disappointed they deliver defective cars that are not well maintained or clean so they can blame customers and force them to incur damage costs. They favor hosts and undervalue customers I suggest you triple check the car and take pictures before using your hard earned money to rent it cause they won't pay you back. Very fishy and unprofessional.
