If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has bought all the buildings in my neighbourhood. Removed on site supers, have run the building into the ground in under a year, and we expect an AGI to pay for all their "great work and necessary investment". It's nearly impossible, but don't rent any building owned by this company. They don't give a DAMN about tenants, or providing quality rental units that residents can call home. Believe every negative review, it's no joke.
This company has really improved since the addition of intern Julia Wu. Amazing choice by the hiring staff!
Starlight Investments bought most of the apartment buildings on Weston Road between oak st and Eglington. Ever since this happened: 1) our building is now absolutely INFESTED with roaches andn amount of dusting helps. They are back in less than 24hrs 2) zero security 3) the toilets (new ones!) explode. 4) the water is off AT LEAST once a week for more than 12 hours.
