I had Starlight HVAC come out through my home warranty, and the experience was excellent. The technician, Vitalii, arrived on time and provided outstanding service. The replacement of my system went very smoothly. The pricing was reasonable. While it was surprising that the home warranty did not cover the entire replacement, after applying the warranty credit and comparing Starlight HVAC’s price to other contractors in the area, it was clear their pricing was lower. Starlight HVAC did an excellent job fixing my heater. Their technician James replaced the gas valve and brought the gas connection up to code - something another company said couldn't be repaired. The team was honest, had clear and transparent pricing, and didn't try to upsell me a new heater like Service Champion did. Highly recommend.
Startlight Heating & Air conditioning was super quick to book an appoitment and they were quick to diagnose issue and to replace bad component. Also great customwr service.
Excellent service and very professional.
