I have used them multiple times through American Home Shield, and they have been great. I specifically request them for any HVAC issues.
Technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the options very clearly.
What can I say. My HVAC went down. Along came James from Starlight HVAC. James diagnosed the problem with the AC system in a matter of minutes. He no doubt knew what he was doing. He was friendly and very professional. He removed the panel and suggested what the problem could have been. He went back to his truck came back, and before I knew it. Professional, friendly, efficient service. Called ahead of his arrival, met me at the door, went straight to work to determine reasoning for my heat pump to not be cooling. found the problem. corrected it. checked for amperage and usage and refrigerant pressure. all checked out after his fix. *********COMPLTELEY UNETHICAL COMPANY*********** I was assigned to use Starlight by my homeowners company to work on my hydronic AC system. They came out, only spent a few minutes and said that my system was not working because it was low on freon but they would gladly add 3lbs of freon for $570. Startlight also btw is not qualified, licensed, or certified to work on hydronic systems.
