Dear all Customers You have to rethink if you would like to staying at Starlight hotel. Front Desk is sooo very Rude. Time to Checkout is 11 Am as standard almost very hotels. During we still sleep . Front desk will keep calling you until you picking up the phone . before time to checkout 45 mins . We already prepared for the time for checkout . Really disrespectful stuff at the front desk, they have bet calling us at 4 am and 5 am for additional 40 dollars. When we asked to pay when we checked out she said no you have to pay RIGHT NOW! Do not recommend this hotel if you like to sleep at night.
We were very happy with the hotel. We had suit apartment. Just pity the kitchen wasnt really equipped a lot. But we bought some cutlery and cheap plates in target :) Hotel is in good place (very busy district during the day) - near subway nr 7 from where you can go straight to Broadway or any other tourist places in NYC. Also target is just across the street so you can get some food or clothes or Starbucks if you wish.
