Mala solución a los problemas de garantías buscan la mané de resolver de la forma más económica para ellos y no para resolverle el problema al cliente la casa que yo compré el piso del garaje está rajado y lo que hacen es colocarle una pega antes del cierre un año después coloco el mismo reclamo y lo vuelven hacer a su manera no acepten si va comprar antes de hacer el cierre que le corrijan los detalles al 100 por ciento como recomendación se los digo según mi mala experiencia

Where do I even begin? This was my first experience purchasing a house and unfortunately it had to be with Starlight. Had I read the interviews prior to purchasing, I would NOT have purchased a home from Starlight. I do have to say too, that the reviews 100% line up with the quality of customer service, home quality, and processing procedures in general. Buyers beware!! Starlight customer service could definitely use some improvement. It seems as though some residents are able to have Starlight go above and beyond for their warranty claims and others, like myself, have struggled. I suggest homebuyers to look elsewhere if they are wanting a home with quality materials and for a company to stand behind their work and workmanship. I am a realtor and have closed few homes here. The builder offers 5% brokerage and when I take my clients there, they advice my clients that ask your realtor to give you rebate becasue we are offering 5% commission. How unproffessional and unethical gesture from the staff and builder himself!!! Beaware all agents out there

The worst decision made and the quality and professionalism is the absolute worse !!!! OVERPRICED and fraudulent to say the least and good luck with getting any warranty items fixed properly or at all they immediately try to get out of fixing their shabby work. Problems from electrical, flooring, drywall to the HVAC since moving in then they send unqualified technicians for warranty requests. HVAC short cycling, supply and return vents improperly placed, door jams cut too short instead of replacing they tore the walls apart ... read more
