We bought a new home from Starlight in Zebulon, NC last year. We were not in the area yet and made the mistake of trusting our real estate agent to find us a house. That was a big mistake. Our fault. However, when we got to our new $350,000 "home" it was extremely disappointing, here's why: * The only window facing the street was a small window in the laundry room - it had a nice vertical blind. That was the ONLY window in the house that had a blind. We had to spend almost $800 to put blinds throughout the rest of the house.... read more

As a potential home owner for a Starlight home, I'm very disappointed in the experience. Looking for a home I was approved from my own Lender. As most new build communities, Starlight encouraged me to go with their Lender for a lower interest rate and Closing cost to be covered by them. Going against my initial conviction of having my credit being pulled again I decided to give it a try. Mala solución a los problemas de garantías buscan la mané de resolver de la forma más económica para ellos y no para resolverle el problema al cliente la casa que yo compré el piso del garaje está rajado y lo que hacen es colocarle una pega antes del cierre un año después coloco el mismo reclamo y lo vuelven hacer a su manera no acepten si va comprar antes de hacer el cierre que le corrijan los detalles al 100 por ciento como recomendación se los digo según mi mala experiencia

Where do I even begin? This was my first experience purchasing a house and unfortunately it had to be with Starlight. Had I read the interviews prior to purchasing, I would NOT have purchased a home from Starlight. I do have to say too, that the reviews 100% line up with the quality of customer service, home quality, and processing procedures in general.
