It has been 2 years and I still don't have my wedding video or pictures, I have emailed, messaged and called and they will not get back to me. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Todo estuvo muy lindo el problema es que la persona que hizo mi video y fotos del día de mi matrimonio contratados por ellos en el paquete desapareció y perdí ese bello recuerdo solo alcanzaron a entregarme el álbum pero nunca el video ni la foto grande quedaron en contactarse conmigo pero nunca lo hicieron aún espero por ello y ya han pasado dos años .. muy mala experiencia
