I’ve had better customer service and experiences with Wal-Mart and the IRS than this place. Absolutely incompetent and uninterested in doing their jobs.

I want to give Ms. Patty 5 stars because I came to see the size of a unit and she was super kind and nice. While she was showing me the unit we started sweating, once we returned to the office it was still so hot that we couldn’t cool down! She’s a hard worker because that type of heat is no joke. I recommend you all fix the air in that office ASAP.
