Not pleased with the level of professionalism. I ended up pre paying a month ahead and informed the manager a month before I was leaving and asked would I receive a refund she said yes. Fast foward to me being out of the unit a week later and was told the refund was sent. I wait a week I have nothing. I email again no response this time. I had my storage unit for 15 years, and just had one issue with payments not being credited to my account when there was a change in business office location. That was pretty easily resolved, and I’d say otherwise things went fairly well.
