Not pleased with the level of professionalism. I ended up pre paying a month ahead and informed the manager a month before I was leaving and asked would I receive a refund she said yes. Fast foward to me being out of the unit a week later and was told the refund was sent. I wait a week I have nothing. I email again no response this time.
