Terrible service
I’ve been their customer for 6 years. I prepay in August to get the best price & they ALWAYS have my tank filled up before I need it. I’ve had 3 service calls during this time period for several additional services & they did great. The office manager even came out once to check & make sure everything was done correctly. Purchased a new set of gas logs from them & received them in 2 days at a price that beat Amazon. They are just a good down to earth business that I’m glad I found.
I needed to get 6 propane tanks refilled for a group im a part of. They're all old and most of them are half full and I really didn't know what I was doing. I called ahead and they were super friendly and helpful, explained everything I needed to do. Just helpful, decent, people. They even cut me a break because some of mine were half full!
