Was able to transfer my broken hard drives data to a new one in a timely manner.
Edit for clarity to owner: I gave a 3 star review because y'all held my computer for 4 weeks and never gave me an estimate. I called in multiple times and eventually just came to pick it up only to find it taken apart.
