I first went to Dr Starkman in 2019. I had pain from my fingertips to my elbows. She put me on medication and sent me for testing. After the xrays and testing were done I went back to her for a follow up and further medication was prescribed. Within two weeks I had profound improvement. She has taken me from a 9-10 rating of pain to a 1-2. At one point I was put on a medication I could no way afford. She got me everything I needed to get funding from Abvee for it. This is Hilda Johnson Raj. I’m using my daughters account to reply because you blocked me from reviewing again. I said that you are cheap for many reasons. As soon as I entered the office, your receptionist demanded that I pay 1 dollar for a Covid Mask. When I asked for my blood work report you said that each page is 1.29 dollars. We also have to pay 2% extra if we pay with a card. You also made me wait for 2 hours on both my appointments, and was completely unapologetic about it. I was told that I must answer all demographic survey questions and pay 350 dollars cash before seeking treatment by the office manager. I was warned that everything is on camera for some odd reason and felt threatened in office. God only knows what they are recording in there. Another employee entered through the front office door and the most foul smell followed them from front door into back office. I am retired military and was discriminated against.
