RecommendedWe have gone on vacation to Port Aransas twice and Starkey Property helped us find the perfect beach house to rent. We loved it so much that we're doing the same vacation again this year and will only trust Starkey Property Management with such an important vacation!!!
We stayed at one of their rental properties for 3 days and for 3 days we killed cockroaches. We talked in person to Sylvia in the office and she had them spray and said there would be an adjustment to our rate. Guess what? No adjustment. Stay at their properties at your own risk. Stay if your fond of cockroaches because you will be busy killing them. I would not recommend any of their properties to my worst enemy. Will never stay anywhere managed by this horrible company, we were charged twice for a bed frame that was broken when we stayed there... as a fellow property owner on the island, I would just like to say that is no way to treat your guests!! Sometimes you have to replace stuff in your units. You are lucky that your property still isn’t being worked on because of the hurricane. We had a great family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, pool and private boardwalk to the beach. Definitely will book again!
Please be aware that these Starkey Property Manager are absolutely ROBOTS they dont consider any of your requests.. we booked for 2 nights and my self and my kid are sick so i tried 3 days to talk to manager to see if they can give credit to future reservation but unfortunately they didnt accepts any request and they point to read RULES like laws.. not sure how good the service is but we lost more than $600.. spoke to front desk manager penny i think.. They need to consider some un avoidable situations.. book with own risk
We recently checked out of Village Walk and found the property to be well appointed, clean, and close to the restaurants and the beach. Will be back again
Rented two years in a row thru Penney at Starkeys . Beautiful houses and any problems we had were addressed immediately. Would definitely recommend them.
