You call To ask a question the manager can’t give you a straight answer then she became condescending and starts being narcissistic! No way in hell I’m dealing with this. I’ll be switching storage units at the end of the next month!
Had a storage unit here for over a year and they were great I highly recommend storing here.
Tried to return a U-Haul truck this morning (2/14/2026) as it was stated in the contract. The moment we pulled into the parking lot, the older lady with greasy hair came running out saying that we can’t leave the truck there. We said this location was available online and was selected a week ago as the drop off location. They knew for a week that the truck would be returned there.
