I can't locate my original review. I gave the experience a 1 rating because of the service I received and I wasn't happy. The owner reached out to me and explained the situation and apologized for how things happened accepted the blame for how the repair and the interaction was handled. It was the personal touch in the situation that goes a long way with me. The owner only asked for me to give them another opportunity to earn my business. I will do that. Mr Starkes addressed all of my concerns personally.
