Absolutely unprofessional! I called to ask how much it would be. A man answered with an attitude "Dr. Slaughter's office can I help you." Because of his tone I replied "is this the chiropractor office in Starke" he replied again with an attitude "this is Dr. Slaughter's office what do you need" I said nicely but in disbelief "I want to see how much it cost to be adjusted" as if his nasty tone and attitude wasn't enough he said "I want you to find someone else" and hung the phone up! Worst adjustment I've had. Did the most basic adjustment, was rough and hurt more walking out than going in. Now wasted valuable time of my own, 2 companies time, just to end up in worse condition and cost me $180. If your looking for a very basic adjustment just go somewhere else, cheaper and less painful.

I ended up at their competition for my husbands back injury because their receptionist, if that’s what you want to call her was unwilling to help. Their office hours were posted 9-6 Monday-Friday. Went at 1:00 on Tuesday and they were closed. No sign on the doors to day they closed at noon on Tuesday. Called to get an appt on Wednesday and was told “ if there’s one available”. Patient pain is not their priority, so we went to their competition where we were treated like human beings.
