I had an emergency tire failure on my truck about 30 min before they closed, called stark by having Siri find the closest used tire shop and he answered, put everything aside to get me a tire and put it on while there was a trailer on the truck. Nice, fast, respectful. You don’t find many small businesses like this anymore. Very nice tire for the price as well. Just excellent all the way around. Will make the drive there if I have any tire issues again.
I had new tires put on 2 weeks earlier, at another location. I suspected we had an issue with the front mountings so I sent my wife over to Stark Tire to have the front wheels checked. I suspected the lug nuts might have come loose. He looked at the tires and told her they were fine, that the noise was because of snow tires. She asked him again to check the lug nuts to see if they were tight. He "looked" at them and said they were fine and walked away. Did NOT and would NOT even put a wrench on it.
