Received an unsolicited and poorly disguised fake "handwritten" pity letter from Jake Newhouse at this outfit trying to buy my home despite having no intention to sell and no active listing. Totally unethical practice, wonder what else they're willing to lie about?
Sends fake pity letters to people to try to get them to sell their houses for cheap. Avoid doing business with these scumbags.
