The building manager, Ronnie, is very professionally, exceedingly nice and polite and always ready and willing to assist and/or serve. It is a pleasure to deal with Ronnie. The concierge, Rosi, is amazing. The building is impeccable clean and the elevators are ready all the time.

The company I work for has been renting office space in The Stark Building since 2016 and I’ve been with the company for over 2 years now. The building has a classic, historic feel but is updated where it counts. The front desk staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming, which really adds to the atmosphere. Maintenance has been helpful when issues come up, and the team does a solid job keeping things running smoothly. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we appreciate the support they provide day to day!
Staff is super helpful. Facilities are beautiful and I’m so grateful to have an awesome location downtown to meet with my clients post-Pandemic.
