Received a good deal on the vehicle which was cool, but i don’t like how customer service is handled. My opinion DJ is rude, he is argumentative and doesn’t listen. I have done everything required of me when WestLake Financial ask and I’ve tried to explain certain details only for DJ not to listen. I’ve heard ahhhmazing stories from others heck even a sale person from Don Franklin Kia recommended this place to me. The most honest car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. They Also bought a car from my grandmother and gave her a super fair deal. Helped my mom and stepfather when they didn’t have to. Also sold my aunt a car and took care of her and her husband. I’m thankful to be able to trust a dealership to send my family too and know they are gonna get done right!
Got a good deal on a 2017 Toyota Corolla, and it seems like a great car! They have worked over and beyond with us on a couple things that had nothing to do with them like replacing DRL led strip, offering to order fender support brackets and put them on, weeks after we bought it with no questions asked, I couldn't recommend someone better. Thanks for the great ride!
Stark Motor Co. was amazing to work with and made the entire process easy, worry free, and pocket book friendly! When looking for a first vehicle for a new driver, it can be hairy on who to trust. There was never any pressure and hours were great since we were coming from Elizabethtown. This made the buying process seamless.
