I am a property owner with ISM. They were mostly acceptable to deal with at first, but were always behind on paying me the rent from my client. Sharon Stark refuses to answer her phone and does not respond to text messages. They are quickly approaching 70 days negligent on their final payment to me. I would not recommend anyone rent through this company or have their property rented through this company.
