It's a small park but clean and friendly service they even have a small convenience store right on the property handy

Can't believe the conditions of the trailers they rent out!!! Appalling is best used to describe them. Incomplete plumbing, holes in walls and floors, only half of the electrical outlets work, and the fuse box?? OUTSIDE!?!?!?! You read that right!! Screams horror movie in the making!!! The ants are beyond problematic. Infestation is more like it. And no, the trim and moldings are not painted black. No siree, that's the lovely BLACK MOLD that comes as an added bonus!!
