This will be my first negative review for anyone and it gives me no pleasure to do so. Stark has given me no choice. While remodeling the Master Bath a hole in the floor was discovered when the shower pan was removed. The leak caused the wood to rot and deteriorate. The leak can be seen on the exposed wood beyond the insulation under the house. Stark’s responsibility was to inform the homeowner of the leak. In the past eight years nothing was reported.
