Absolute worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else as they have no type of willingness to accommodate.
Very professional and polite people and I've yet to see a "pest" since they have been on the job. I know my house is protected and I'm very pleased with the job they do. They provide an excellent service which I highly recommend.
