After decades of being customers of Stark & Cronk, I will no longer being using them for heating or plumbing. I called for service on a broken oil boiler (as a customer for decades this is a system they had serviced many times) and was sent a technician who could wasn't authorized to work on an oil system. We needed repair of a heater for our driveway. Tom worked on ordering the part and clearing the error code. He called the manufacturer and we were not sure if this was a code or normal. Since it was 90 plus we could not start the system. Fast forward to October, it is now 45, we were able to start the system. No issues! Thank you again.
