My wife and I just closed on our house Tuesday 01/16. We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stark. Jacob Osburn, our realtor, made sure to stay active on all upcoming listings that would have peaked our interest. He was flexible with his schedule and made sure to accommodate any requests or questions we had. Hands down, I would recommend him and stark to anyone coming into the housing market looking for a home. We couldn't be happier. Thanks again for everything you guys did!
I worked with Jay Spiegel to buy my first house. He was great! We looked at three houses in the span of one week, two of which were almost an hour away. I also really appreciated how much he he did as a mediator, coordinating with the sellers. He demonstrated a high amount of competence, and I felt safe trusting his advice.
There Website is decent for the most part it is up to date, though I find not all the pictures or the information does not get loaded to their site. Though for accuracy I would believe them over Zillow or Realtor.com because they don't tend to update their homes fast enough. Stark at least let's you know when something is no longer available.
