Went to the Syosset location and found the salesperson both unhelpful and insulting. Rather than ask what my budget was she insinuated that the rug I was looking at was out of my budget. Wow! I also asked twice for her to speak a little louder because she was barely above a whisper. Her response was, “I have a headache today and didn’t want to shout.” Seriously?! They need better trained and more courteous people. Customer service is very poor there. Plenty of other places to spend your money.
The Stark showroom at Syosset is a pleasure to shop at and is top notch when it comes to customer service.
