Stark Chicago is one of my favorite vendors and my go to vendor for carpet. The team is always quick to respond. The process from ordering samples, placing an order and coordinating installation/delivery is always seamless.
Outstanding presentation, same as previous years, during Design Chicago. Delivered by Chad Stark. Chad is a true carpet and rug philosopher.
The sales in this showroom act like they are doing you a favor by entering. No help was provided when asked about a specific type of area rug; but rather "go ahead and look", "we do custom rugs here" and the offering of a "I could care less sneer".
