I ordered flowers yesterday and they were going to e-mail me a receipt had to call this morning to get one Tried calling today to see if they had been delivered Was on hold for over 30 minutes Paid for them to be delivered before 1:00pm still don’t know if they were Talked to only 1 person I could understand Will NEVER order from them again!!!!!

This was my first order with Stargazer (through Bloom Nation), and it will be my last. I placed a same day delivery order for an arrangement for my daughter's birthday. Was to be delivered Friday, June 14. By 4:10 pm, no delivery, so I called. Lady said it was out for delivery and would be there in a few minutes. Shop is very close to my daughter's work. By 6 pm when my daughter finished for the day, still no delivery. Received an email June 15 at 7:01 AM that flowers delivered June 14. Not true. Tried to call the shop but t... read more
