Worst delivery service ever.
I ordered flowers on 4/2. Today is 4/5 and I have still not received an email from them telling me when to expect my order. I'm also unable to cancel it. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have never ordered from them. Horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and just support your local florist.
I ordered a bouquet on December 19th thru Amazon. I placed the order because it showed a Christmas Eve delivery date. It's now December 29th, and, I am still waiting to hear when the bouquet will be delivered to my friend. I specifically chose the bouquet as it showed a Christmas Eve delivery. My friend is recovering from major surgery and this was supposed to be her gift. I wouldn't have minded the 10-day delay had I received some type of notification.
