Very Poor Service – About 2 months ago, the hinge on my laptop was broken by my 2 year old. I have used the computer since then without issue (other than the broken hinge). I visit the Roswell location on Friday and spoke to the owner's son Ali. He assured me that they could do a diagnosis to order the parts, and that I could pick the computer up on Saturday afternoon. Poor quality and poor customer service – I purchased a $50 HDMI cable from Stargate two months ago. I spent a total of $181 with them. The cable initially worked fine. When I unplugged it from my computer, the connecting part broke away from the pins. When I attempted to return it, the owner accused me of damaging it and would not even consider replacing it. Stargate has done well for me for years – I rate and recommend Stargate highly because I've purchased over a dozen used and new computers from them, and nearly a hundred various parts, all in excellent condition and with their support. They have kept my business, home, family and friends computing for many years now without a problem we couldn't handle. Thanks!

Best Store – By far the best computer store in Atlanta area. They really know what they are doing. I started to use them about two years ago. They do all my computer work. I recommend them to all my friends. A lot of people to thankfull to me for recommending Stargate to them.

Horribe Company – This company got my computer and fixed the problem but cause a bigger problem. I got lucky because right before they got it. My computer was seen by two other companies and said those problems where never there until they got their hands on it.
