Horrible service and experience with this company. Chad was very disrespectful and did nothing but point blame instead of correcting their simple mistakes. You'd think after spending thousands on a company they'd take a little more pride in their work and have respect for their customers. Being a feminist and smart mouth with your customers is ridiculous.
