I have taken the group classes and done private sessions and both are wonderful! Everyone I have met here, both staff and clients, are all so wonderful! It's a very welcoming environment and I highly recommend StarFit to everyone!

I’ve taken part in 15 classes so far and I’m so happy I took a chance on StarFit Arlington! The instructors are so thorough in explaining each workout, so helpful with corrections in form, and always positive and happy! So happy to have found my workout home!

I haven’t done group exercise classes in decades and am surprised how much I’ve been enjoying them since signing up a couple of months ago. Love the small class size, and the instructors do a great job of creating an upbeat, friendly atmosphere. They’re also very good at correcting technique and giving tips on how to make a given exercise harder or easier, depending on what you want.
