I’ve taken part in 15 classes so far and I’m so happy I took a chance on StarFit Arlington! The instructors are so thorough in explaining each workout, so helpful with corrections in form, and always positive and happy! So happy to have found my workout home!

I haven’t done group exercise classes in decades and am surprised how much I’ve been enjoying them since signing up a couple of months ago. Love the small class size, and the instructors do a great job of creating an upbeat, friendly atmosphere. They’re also very good at correcting technique and giving tips on how to make a given exercise harder or easier, depending on what you want.

I just started working out at StarFit about 6 weeks ago and have been super impressed with the sessions, trainers and the gym. The small group class format with the expertise of the trainers is the perfect combination!

I have really enjoyed the small group sessions. There is no judgment, everyone is very friendly and accepting of any level of fitness, and the workouts are fun, non-repetitive, and definitely work your muscles! The trainers are very knowledgeable and pay good attention to make sure you are doing things correctly so there are no injuries. Highly recommend!

Love how the classes are structured. It goes by so fast but feels challenging at the same time. I can choose the weight that fits me and I don’t feel like I am being judged along the way. All trainers are encouraging and keep things fun.
