Horrible service as of 2024
I called to try to get my 15-year-old an appointment. I was transferred at least five times. I waited on hold for 47 minutes with the county. They finally said that I had an option for them to call me back when I never got a call back I called again to the Westland office the Westland office tried, but could also not complete a simple Evaluation or appointment for my 15-year-old now if you think that you are showing that mental health is a priority you are wrong. The office staff, the therapist we have now is great. That said, we had a really bad experience with an Adhd Dr named Philip Archer. I'm deaf, and he chose to discriminate against me and my son. This Dr is very, very lazy and won't write a SINGLE WORD! I can't sign American sign language well (due to a bad wrist), I don't understand it well, & I and need things WRITTEN DOWN! Lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately they are not expecting new patients.
Very pleased with the help I am getting for one of my children. Dr. Archer is great and my case manager is amazing and personable.
