There has been a continual string of violence in the Starrfire apartments. I've talked to the staff, and they tell me they can't do anything. Crappy apartment in general, everything's old and broken, the fixes are duct tape patches instead of proper solutions. Building 2027 is absolutely infested with roaches, I have to kill at least 3 a day, even after bombing multiple times. There are zero amenities, no pool, no gym, no anything.
