Great Customer Service. Customer service is to me the most important aspect of a business and this company went above and beyond their standard policies and procedures to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Love the george nelson bubble lamp Very happy with the george nelson bubble lamp which I just received. Product exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much! Customer service at its best! The first item I received had a small factory defect (not the retailers fault). I contacted stardust via e-mail and had a response in less than 24hrs. They apologized, shipped a new, replacement item and it arrived in less than two days. They had outstanding follow up. Very impressive.
