Lived here for 3 years horrible management and people . Has bad pest problems, stray cats , dirty non working Laundromat, no assigned parking, trash wasn’t picked up for a week straight because the owner didn’t pay waste management, property was under foreclosure several times . Stay far far away from this place. No ac (it breaks and they won’t fix it) black water (my family’s hair is falling out cause of it) broken pool (it’s been a swamp for 3 months) plumbing is no good and there’s mold under the paint. Oh and they charge $100 water and trash monthly on top of almost $1000 rent. Management won’t fix anything here rent elsewhere
