RecommendedBest workout in 45 minutes ever
This was a weird class. As a cyclist and spinner of many years I think that this class is dangerous for those who aren’t already in great shape and combines too many modalities to be effective. Also no onsite showers is frankly disgusting.

I love the community at StarCycle, then energy of the room, the killer playlists, and the uplifting instructors. This studio is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable walking in for the first time. Love love love StarCycle.
The most warm and fun environment ever. I hate to exercise, and spinning but crave this class! From the second you walk in the door you feel welcomed, and the class is centered around having fun and letting go for 45 minutes of what I would almost say is almost like a dance party on a bike. The only class that has ever had me motivated at 6:00 am in the morning! Highly addictive!!
Star is an amazing community. The classes are always challenging. It is totally addictive. 💖💖💖💖
It is a great workout - I especially liked spin instructor Natalie - the time goes by fast with the great music selection and positive encouragement and she has wonderful energy and everyone that works there is so positive
