Star Cycle is lovely! Childcare services for the moms interested in attending. I took classes from Ursula and she was the best - very energetic and fun, with a great mix of music. Classes are all levels in one so no need to feel like you're not "good enough" or uncomfortable about keeping up. Really loved this experience so much more than the other gyms I've been to. Definitely a great place to workout! They also provide shoes, towels etc. and if you're new - you might want to try a seat pad the first time.

I got to take a month of free classes here from a promotion within the company I work for. I really loved this studio. There wasn't a shower there, that was the only thing I didn't like. But I loved all the instructors and sweat my butt off in every class. They turn the lights in the studio down, so there's no comparing oneself to everyone else. I live downtown and make the trek down to starcycle as often as I can because it is by far the best cycle class in the city. Being a cycle junkie, I'm super picky about my spin studios and instructors. I always leave drenched in sweat and sleep so soundly that night. Highly recommend to any spin lovers.
