I ordered the “Pretty in Pastel” arrangement (premium) for my gf’s birthday. While the bouquet didn’t quite look similar what was shown online—some of the flowers were tucked inside rather than being fully visible but it was still beautiful in its own way. Despite my initial disappointment, my girlfriend absolutely loved the flowers, and seeing her happy made all the difference. I appreciate that the team was still able to make her day special. Thank you!
I recently ordered the “Pretty in Pastel” arrangement (premium) and was expecting something close to what was shown online. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received was far from that—it wasn’t pastel-toned or particularly pretty, and it was filled with excessive fillers compared to the photo on third party website. It honestly looked rushed, like it was put together quickly just to make the delivery. Really disappointing, especially since it was meant for my girlfriend’s birthday.
The most wonderful team who absolutely nailed the brief given to them for my dream wedding florals and decos. Still can’t believe how incredible everything looked on the day!
What I ordered was very classy in the online advertising however it was nothing like what was delivered. I hate saying this but it looked like an untrained 8 year old made up the arrangement. Very disappointed considering the reviews already posted were complimentary. The teddy in the sample photo was lovely but the one that was delivered was “cheap” - nothing like the photo… when the recipient sent a photo of the box, I was embarrassed.
